The Shoot Out for Autism is an annual event held each spring at Ozark Shooters Sports Complex each spring. This years event was on Saturday, May 29, 2010. We would like to thank Peggy & Jordan, the staff, and all of the shooters & spectators that came out to support us. Your time, talents, and monetary donations are an investment in the lives of those affected by autism. Thank you to everyone who made this 5th year such a success!

-Why we shoot-

In 2003, our son, Zachary, was diagnosed with Autism. It was challenging to find resources that could offer help and hope. After several years of therapy, Zachary has overcome many challenges, but continues to work hard every day to overcome new obstacles. His struggle and courage, inspired us to take an active role in raising funds for research that will lead to a cure.

Since it’s inception in 2006, we have enjoyed watching this event grow. Hosting this event has allowed my wife, Heather, and I to take an active role as parents of a child with Autism in raising funds for Autism Speaks. These funds are used for research that will someday find a cure for Autism and further progress for our son Zachary and the millions like him. All of those affected by Autism need and deserve our support.

We want Zachary, and all individuals affected with autism, to have opportunities that will enrich their lives and make their futures bright. With your support we can fund the research that will find the cure.
